We can deliver most products in two to three working days of receiving print-ready artwork and cleared payment. You'll find the standard lead times included with our product descriptions. If you need us to work faster, you'll need to let us know – tell us before placing your order. Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next working day.

Yes – but please remember to request it with your order. We charge £15.00 + VAT for each one. If you have sent us your own artwork as a PDF we assume that you've already checked it. We won't usually send you a production PDF unless you ask for it when placing your order.

All deliveries are sent by standard overnight courier and will arrive any time between 8:30am and 5pm the next day. We can't stipulate the exact time of arrival, but you can track your order online. Choose Express Delivery if you want the goods to arrive before 12:00 midday. Our deliveries are handled by APC Overnight Couriers. Visit our Payment & Delivery page for more information.

The best way to check is to order a free sample pack containing examples of our work in a range of different formats and media. Eazy Print applies rigorous quality assurance checks during the production process and uses only the best equipment available.

Yes we can! Just choose one of our fixed price design packages when you place your order. If you have your own artwork, you can upload this when ordering. We've included an explanation of how to provide your own artwork. Visit our Design Packages page for more information. Please give us a call and we will talk you through any queries or problems.

The print world has a vocabulary all of its own, and the terms used can often be difficult to understand. To help, we have created a glossary which you can use for reference.

Yes. You can order, pay and upload your artwork through our website.

Once you have chosen your options, please go ahead and add the product to your basket. Artwork can be uploaded at the end of the ordering process. Once your order is received we'll send you an order confirmation and VAT invoice. One of our team will keep you updated with the progress of your order. If you have any questions at any time, feel free to contact us.

We accept secure payments by PayPal, debit and credit cards. We can also accept payment via your bank using the BACS system, or you can put a cheque in the post. Please allow up to five days for BACS and cheque payments to clear. However you choose to pay, we do require payment prior to print. Visit our Payment & Delivery page for more information.

We can print designs in any size format from A0 down to A7.

A0 – 841 x 1189mm A1 – 594 x 841mm
A2 – 420 x 594mm
A3 – 297 x 420mm
A4 – 210 x 297mm
A5 – 148 x 210mm
A6 – 105 x 148mm
A7 – 74 x 105mm

We also offer printed leaflets in 1/3 A4 (a third of A4, to fit a standard 'DL'). That's the usual size of a standard compliment slip at 210x99mm. We also offer SRA sizes – a format slightly larger than the A series – to allow room for grip, trim and bleed.

Yes. Sometimes it's worth investing a little more to make an extra special impact by using non-standard formats and sizes. To keep costs to a minimum, we've made some suggestions:

  • Adjust the size of your document to get as many copies as possible out of a standard sized sheet, avoiding paper wastage.
  • Ask our quotations team to provide a range of non-standard options. Some may be more cost effective than others, while still giving the same high impact.
  • Make sure the size works in the setting, or is practical for transport and handling.
  • Experiment with designs first. You may be able to achieve your result without having to invest in non-standard formats.

We don't have a formal returns policy because print orders are bespoke items, printed to customer specifications. We take great care to make sure all jobs are produced to the same high standards. If any mistake is made during production we will re-print the job at our own expense. To do this you need to send back the whole job, not just the part or parts that have errors. Eazy Print cannot accept liability for errors such as incorrect grammar, spelling or layout in any artwork that you supply. Be careful to proof read everything before you send it to us.
